We want you to shop with confidence at Gems Affair. Here’s how refunds work:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered if:

  • Your jewelry arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or supplier issues.


2. Refund Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos.

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind since our products are custom sourced and shipped directly from suppliers. Please check sizing and details carefully before ordering.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (before they’re processed with our suppliers). After that, we cannot guarantee cancellations.
