Send us your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Depending on the situation, return shipping may apply unless the fault is ours.
Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
Jewelry damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
