At Gems Affair, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Send us your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Depending on the situation, return shipping may apply unless the fault is ours.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

  • Jewelry damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
