Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Times

Since we work with trusted global partners to bring you unique designs, delivery times may vary.

  • Standard Shipping (Free Australia-wide): 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping (Optional): 5–9 business days (additional charges apply)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all Australian orders.

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of AUD $XX (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Tracking details will be emailed once your item has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!

Customs & Duties

For Australian customers, no additional customs or duties are expected. If you’re ordering from outside Australia in the future, you’ll be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your country.
